Becoming a Service Provider for Family Start

These instructions are for people interested in delivering services to sensitive claims clients as a service provider. This process is for people who hold a current registration: Occupational Therapists, Registered Nurses (Enrolled Nurses are ineligible), Social Workers (who do not want to be a named service provider), Physiotherapists, Dieticians (not Nutritionists), and speech language therapists. If you do not hold a current registration in any of the above fields then unfortunately you cannot deliver services under ACC sensitive claims. If you are a counsellor, clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, or Social worker wishing to provide therapy for clients. Please see the Named Service Provider Process.
