Becoming a Named Service Provider for Family Start
These instructions are for people interested in delivering therapy to sensitive claims clients as a named service provider, often also referred to as a lead provider. This process is for people that are new to ACC and not already delivering services for another provider. If you are already a registered sensitive claims named service provider, click HERE to be named on Family Start's contract to deliver services under Family Start.
1. After familiarising yourself with the requirements and steps below, the first step is to contact Chris (Manager) and meet with him to discuss suitability, options, and next steps. Contact Chris at Chrise@familystart.co.nz
2. After speaking with Chris and ensuring you meet any eligibility requirements, you nee to complete the application for a "Named Service Provider" on Business Connect. For this you will need to login to your RealMe account. Click here to go to business connect.
