Youth Counselling
Youth Counselling Service
Our Youth Counselling Service provides free, confidential counselling for young people aged 10–24 years. We offer up to 10 counselling sessions in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where rangatahi can talk about what is going on for them and get support with the challenges they are facing.
Young people may seek support for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, low mood, relationships, family challenges, grief, confidence, school or life pressures, and other wellbeing concerns. Our approach is warm, respectful, and person-centred, with support tailored to each young person’s needs, strengths, and goals.
We understand that asking for help can feel hard, so we work in a way that helps young people feel heard, safe, and supported. Referrals are welcome from professionals, schools, agencies, whānau, or young people themselves.
