Using a strengths-based approach, that recognises and respects their unique perspectives and needs, you will look at how to modify communication styles, build routines and structures, encourage self-esteem, and offer sensory-friendly spaces and activities. Attendees will leave with a toolkit of practical strategies they can apply immediately in their work to better support neurodiverse young people.
