About the event

During this interactive session, participants will explore actionable techniques to help young people with neurodivergence to thrive. Using a strengths-based approach, that recognises and respects their unique perspectives and needs, you will look at how to modify communication styles, build routines and structures, encourage self-esteem, and offer sensory-friendly spaces and activities. Attendees will leave with a toolkit of practical strategies they can apply immediately in their work to better support neurodiverse young people. The goal of this session is to help you create an environment where all young people - regardless of neurological differences - can feel understood, valued, and empowered.
