Mums Over Meth is a supportive, judgement-free space for mums who are affected by meth - whether you’re working to get off it, supporting someone who is using, or trying to hold life together while it’s all going on. It’s called Mums Over Meth for a reason: mums who are over meth (done with it, moving away from it) and mums who are just over it - over the chaos, the stress, and the harm it brings. This group offers peer support, practical coping strategies, and a place to connect with others who genuinely understand
