Become a Sensitive Claims Provider

Family Start are always looking for more providers to provide services to our West Coasters. Whether you are currently an ACC provider for another area or if you are new to ACC counselling, we want to hear from you. The first steps are to read the info on this page then email Chris to arrange a meeting to ask any questions or go over any criteria. You can check out our "for providers" page to see the benefits of being a provider for Family Start.

You may be able to become a named provider for Family Start if you're a:

art therapist
counsellor
psychotherapist
psychologist
psychiatrist
social worker.

Here are all the details you need for becoming a supplier. Remember as an ACC provider you are not employed by Family Start and you are required to meet all the ISSC requirements as part of this contract.
